Our founder's journey began by fostering children with learning disabilities, which sparked a lifelong passion for supporting individuals in need. This commitment led to a career in Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools, where they grew their expertise across various roles before transitioning to work with vulnerable adults. Moving into staff training, our founder played a key role in expanding training departments and providing essential leadership and mentorship. This wealth of experience and dedication inspired the creation of Empower Training and Consultancy.
